We will use RTs for all our HVAC I called and that day they were out there. Very professional and the girl that answers the phone is very nice to work with as well. Ryan and the gentleman that did the service Very nice and helpful explaining how a heat pump works vs a gas furnace which is what I always had Very great customer service which is hard to find today. Called around to a couple different places when my heat would not kick on. They were the only ones to answer, and I’m glad they did. Ryan was fast to arrive, as I have 2 girls under the age of 18 months, so that was important to us. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within 20 mins. Ryan earned himself a long term customer today.

Awesome company. No complaints at all. Had a great experience. They replaced our entire HVAC system. Ryan was both knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what unit would meet our needs. They excel at making the customer feel valued. I would gladly refer any of my friends and family to RT’s. You’ll also be supporting a combat veteran owned and operated business! It feels great to give back to someone who gave for us.

Highly recommend this company and here’s why-Called with an emergency, owner calmed me down over phone and said they were on their way, then his technician arrived quickly and even though I’m sure he was aware what I told the guy on the phone listened and asked about what was going on. After seeing the furnace he determined my issue explained what was wrong in a way that I understood and didn’t feel in the dark about. He gave me options between repair replace (24 year old furnace) but unlike a previous company gladly did the repair without pushing for a new unit sale, after he completed the repair he made a couple other recommendations to prolong the life of my already old furnace. Among them were thing me as a customer could do. Overall it was a great experience and will be calling with all my future heating and cooling needs.

Ryan called me back showed up on time. Was so polite and respectful of my house and my pets. Professional in all aspects of the job. Explained in detail why my old furnace stopped working. Was back to install my new furnace and I cannot say enough kind words. Use this company. Ryan is a veteran. I found him to be honest, and completely finished the job. Fantastic furnace.

I highly recommend RTs. My furnace went out on on a Friday night; called them Saturday am and Ryan was at the house 2… hours later. Personable, professional and trust worthy. They researched to see if there were any warranties on the unit/parts to save me whatever they could, and got the work scheduled and completed quickly. If you need some HVAC work, RT’s is the one I’d call.read more

RT’s installed a mini split heat pump in my garage. Ryan answered all my questions. Gave a fair price for install,… showed up on time he and his crew were very professional. Very happy with the end result and will recommend them for future work/maintenance.read more

I contacted RT’S to repair and replace my dryer vent and an exhaust vent. First time using this company. Ryan was very… quick to respond and had me set up for an appointment in no time. Ryan arrived when he said he would and was able to complete the job in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend RT’S to my friends and family. Did a great job and was a pleasure to talk with. We were having issues with high humidity from our air conditioner, they found a few issues, the fan was short cycling… due to an issue, the filter was dirty and was sucking dirty air due to it being open. We had left our fan on, they were honest to a T” thats what I look for in a company. We Will definitely make them our HVAC service provider from now on. I highly recommend this company and will do so to friends, neighbors and family.read more

I had an issue with my AC, called Ryan and he showed up and fixed it the next day. He not only fixed the problem but… explained the issue in a way that didn’t make me feel silly (especially given that the issue was the result of my lack of care!). I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan to prevent more issues. Happy to have Ryan and his crew helping me out!read more

They came to our home to service our HVAC units and performed service on our old pool heater that was an electric Rheem… heat pump. Ryan and his crew did an excellent job and the repair costs were reasonable and everything is running great! Could not recommend them enough.read more

I knew I needed a new heating and cooling system but kept putting it off due to cost. I decided to start calling around… getting pricing from different companies. I received 3 quotes in total. I ended up using RT’S to do the install. After speaking with Ryan I could tell he was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He gave me different options to choose from on my equipment and explained to me the differences. The entire process was smooth, and Ryan kept everything professional. Im very happy with his work. I needed a new thermostat installed and decided to call RT’s. Ryan was able to get us taken care of in a fast, timely… manner. Prices were very reasonable and I am very happy with his work!
